How to walk, how to sit, how to stand up

Don't run, walk with your spine straight and have a smile on your face

When walking down the street remember that there are some rules that we must have in mind. It is advisable to get rid of habits like running because we are late or walking bent and frowning because we have problems. We will stress others and we will become unpleasant.  To avoid this try to get up earlier with half an hour, organize your time, and leave your concerns at home.

Practice with a book on your head to have a nice walk

Who didn't admire the graceful walk of models or actresses? Nothing fake, nothing forced. But generally we don’t think much about the efforts and exercises that these beautiful women have to make to transform their way of walking in something light, like they fly.
In modeling schools boys or girls are first taught to wear on their head a book or a heavy object. It’s impossible to sit hunched with a book on your head.

Primitive people have acquired a beautiful position of their body by wearing on their head heavy vessels. So, when we have some free time at home, we can try also to wear on our head for at least 5 minutes daily such a weight. Walking will become safer and the spine straight. By practicing you will always have a correct posture of the body. 

Always watch your posture

Don’t bend forward your shoulders, don’t move too much arms and elbows, don’t make your steps too big, nor too small, retreat the stomach inside and keep the spine straight. All these gestures we can do on the street whenever we remember. Try to remember more often! 

Have a confident look

Study your body in a mirror, from head to toes and try to correct your posture. When you walk have a confident look, keep your knees closed, straight spine and relaxed, smiling face.

Don’t swing your hands too much when you walk.

If we meet someone on the street...

When we stop to talk with someone on the street we will not lean against the walls. Gentlemen are not allowed to hold their hands in pockets. 

How to sit at the table

Don’t have the habit to beat the rhythm of music in the table, don’t play with pen, lighter, knife, or other objects, unaware that it annoys others. Don’t gesticulate when you talk.

Avoid sitting with your back to others. 

If by circumstance - we are asked to answer a question, and we have to turn, then we apologize and we turn. 

When you want to sit do it carefully.

If an actress studies this gesture means it's not as easy as one might think. To sit on a chair or on a couch is almost like an exam because you can sit down with a graceful gesture, or you can sit down like a wood. 

Other mistakes we have to avoid: knees held with hands, nervous fingers tapping on the table surface, whistling, opened knees, generally unpleasant position of women.

Don't stay with legs crossed

It is also an offense against good manners to cross your legs. Instead, a lady can cross the bottom of the legs, taking care to cover her knees with the skirt. 

When you stand up from the table

When, finally stand up, do it in such a way to not sit with your back to others when you say goodbye and don’t push the chair with force. It's good to prove your sense of order by putting back your chair like where it was earlier when you came to visit.
