How to make a facial massage at home?

A facial massage is also effective and useful: it makes the skin shiny by improving blood circulation, improves skin tone and also creates a beneficial state of mind. To have all this, is not necessary the presence of a specialist.

Only 5-10 minutes of daily facial massage and your skin will look completely different.

  1. Place fingers over the eyebrows. Massage gently the forehead starting from center to temple.
  2. With thumb and forefinger, starting from nose, squeeze and massage gently eyebrows. Repeat this procedure several times.
  3. With three fingers (index finger, ring finger and middle) make small circular movements, and then pressing gently.
  4. Pass the thumbs from the base to tip of the nose.
  5. Unite four fingers and stretch the skin slightly from the nose to the cheeks, and then below the ears.
  6. Pinch the skin between the forefinger and thumb and go from bottom to top, along the jaw.
  7. Make a circular motion, gently.
  8. Gently massage the ear lobe.
  9. Massage gently the bone area behind the ear
  10. Make a light massage to neck and back head.
  11. Make several passes with fingers over eyes to ears.
  12. With palm of hand cover for a few seconds the ears, maintaining a complete silence.
  13. Cover your eyes.
  14. Make pressing points from place to place, over the eyelids, under the bone.
