Exercises for Double chin reduction

Double chin diminish the beauty of a women. But to solve this problem, there are solutions. Below you will find special exercises for this area of the body, that you will have to do every day. Each exercise should start with 5 - 6 times, gradually reaching at 12-15 repetitions. Before each workout wash with warm water without soap, your hands, face and neck. Wipe yourself with a towel. Now you are ready for exercises.

 

 

Exercise 1

With elbows on the table, joining the big thumbs together, so that your palms to form a funnel. Support your chin on these two thumbs and press it easy. Perform the "pressing" on the entire chin.

 

Exercise 2

Slowly bend your head until your chin touches your chest. Then, by moving slightly to the left, slowly raise your head up as you can, as you stretch your chin to the sky. Repeat this movement on the right side. When you lift the chin, you must feel it tensed. When you lower your head, you have to do it slowly, as if it "slides" because of its weight. Rotate your head slowly to the left, then to the right, feel your neck and chin stretched. Exercise is done in a sitting position.

Double chin occurs for various reasons: overweight, poor circulation in the neck, thyroid gland disease, facial muscle weakness. To combat this phenomenon you must first adopt a good posture of the entire body. Back straight, chest forward, neck and chin slightly raised. When you sleep, use a pillow to support your head and neck, so you will not wake up with back and muscles pain.

For double chin reduction, try to improve circulation in your neck with a roller massage, or simply with your fingers. Massage your skin under the chin, from front to back. Repeat the process whenever you can.

Neck exercises are compulsory !

1. Sit on a chair. Look toward the ceiling with chin up to 45 degrees.

Open your mouth as wide as you can and close it very slowly, pushing the lower jaw as far as possible. Repeat for ten minutes daily.

2. Keep the chin position, and then stretch your lips as when you want to give a kiss. Hold the position for 20 seconds, then relax.

3. Sit down on your knees, keep back straight, put your hands on your hips and let your head back. Repeat in three sessions of ten repetitions.

Until these exercises will give results, you can use various tricks of makeup (apply on the neck a darker tone foundation than on the face), and hairstyling to mask the double chin. Creams can be effective! Use an anti-cellulite gel or aloe-based cream and massage the area every night.
