Causes of cellulite and fat accumulation

1. In overweight there is a greater deposition of fat in cells and in the space between cells;

4. Malfunction of liver, kidneys, eating irrational, less liquid, less movement, constipation, poor blood circulation and lymph.

Factors contributing to the development of cellulite

- Thin veins - The possibility of blood circulation in thin veins decreases in case of hypertension or poor alimentation. In this case too much fluids reach in cells area, stopping the body's normal exchange of substances, the elimination of toxins.
- High acidity - Occurs in case of poor diet, stress, lack of exercise, smoking. This increases the level of sodium and creates accumulation of water in cells. Toxins are collected and they block the exchange between cells and their regeneration. As a result is the feeling of discomfort and the cause of many illnesses.

- Residual products - Because of increased acidity in the body, undigested substances and all kind of chemical components accumulate in the body. If the level of these toxins increases over a limit, lymphatic circulation doesn't realise the transportation and cancellation of these toxins and this causes the inflammation of fat cells.

How to make anti cellulite massage:
