Your thoughts create your present and future, so be aware of what you are thinking - We hear very often people saying : your thoughts create all the good and bad things that happen in your life. And it's true. In all the religions we have the same message that says clean your inner world and you will enter Paradise, change your bad habits, transform your negative thoughts in positive thoughts and you will discover the real happiness.

Religion should be for every one a tool to help us understand the huge power that we have inside, how to explore it and use it as much as possible. This power is the key to a wonderful life. but to get this key we need to work with ourselves.

One of the things that we can do now is to clean our mind of all the dirty, filthy, selfish, bitter thoughts. Imagine your brain is like a soil; first you remove all the weeds and you prepare it for cultivating new, healthy crops.

One of the greatest Romanian poets, Nichita Stanescu, used to say "clean the field for angels to have where to land".

The malfunction of our body is caused by certain mental patterns, such as anger, guilt, criticism, hate until they find tangible expression in the form of cancers, ulcers and tumors. Such abusive mental patterns are formed when an individual has negative, self-hating, guilt-ridden thoughts over and over again. Besides creating physical illness, these also poison our lives with uncomfortable, unrewarding experiences. 

After we are aware of the negativity of our mental patterns, we choose to make changes and the best time to change is ... NOW.

To let go of negative thoughts, follow a series of 'letting go' exercises. The first thing you have to do is to realize that the power of mind is a tool that can be used, whether to create a happy, peaceful life or a sad, discontented one. Release past resentments physically as well as mentally. FORGIVE everyone that ever hurt you or made you sad. Consciously visualize and feel with all your heart that you are happy.

Once the system is cleansed of excess baggage of the past, it is time to build anew. The most powerful way to achieve this is through positive thinking. To do this, change the way you think and talk. For instance, saying "I now accept a wonderful new job" will open up opportunities, whereas thinking all the time "I hate my job" will lead you to worst situations and nothing good will happen to you.

The most important thing is to make your statements in the present tense, such as 'I have' or 'I am'. Making future tense statements such as 'I want' or 'I will have' will only serve to let the idea remain out of reach, in the future.

Some great movies for healing your life are "The Secret" and "The Opus" Their messages will bring for sure many changes in your life. The only thing you have to do is just to focus on what the actors say and to take your time when watching it.

For better understanding use a pen and a paper to note the steps they talk about and the changes you have to make. Visualize these movies many times till you are sure you understand correctly the exercises you need to do in order to change your life, to be healthy and happy.

Positive thoughts for meditation

For best results, before practicing meditation, it is important to know some basic rules:

1. Release your past.

2. Forgive yourself and everyone else no matter how hard it is. Forgiving will help you to get rid of all the heavy loads you are carrying with you. You will feel light and free.

3. Always make your statements in the present tense.

4. Always unite your mind and body, your thoughts and your feelings. Visualize with your mind and feel with your heart.

5. No matter what happens to you or around you, do never give up and always think positive.

6. Always remember that negative thoughts have low energy, and positive thoughts have high energy. So, if you want to grow spiritually and be in a high level of energy, then let go all your negative thoughts and start cleaning your field.

 If you can cultivate the right attitude, your enemies are your best spiritual  teachers because their presence provides you with the opportunity to  enhance and develop tolerance, patience and understanding.
 Only the development of compassion and understanding for others can bring us  the tranquility and happiness we all seek.
 There is only one important point you must keep in your mind and let it be  your guide. No matter what people call you, you are just who you are. Keep to  this truth. You must ask yourself how is it you want to live your life. We live and  we die, this is the truth that we can only face alone. No one can help us, not  even the Buddha. So consider carefully, what prevents you from living the way  you want to live your life?
 People take different roads seeking fulfillment and happiness. Just because  they’re not on your road doesn’t mean they’ve gotten lost.
 The purpose of all the major religious traditions is not to construct big temples  on the outside, but to create temples of goodness and compassion inside, in  our hearts.
 Spend some time alone every day.
 Never give up no matter what is going on around you.
